My name is Fatih Girisken. I am an entrepreneur, AI strategist, and technical sparring partner for managing directors and leadership teams across Europe.
What sets me apart from traditional consultants: I have not just recommended AI systems I have built, implemented, and deployed them in real business environments with my team. This includes AI-powered asset management infrastructure for German state property portfolios exceeding 6 million sqm, automation solutions for L'Oréal Paris, HELLA, and INSERM sowie deal flow systems for accelerators and financial firms.
I completed projects at the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) and studied design thinking. That combination of engineering depth and user-centred method shapes how I work from first analysis through to successful adoption.
My approach: I map your existing workflows in detail, identify exactly where time and money are being lost and design solutions that multiply operational efficiency. Typically by 2x to 10x.
