Fractional CTO
Most mid-market companies don't need a full-time CTO — but they do need someone who owns AI and technology decisions, strategically and technically. As a Fractional CTO I take on that role part-time, without vendor lock-in and with a clear handover path to your internal team.

Format
Typically one to two days per week, over three to twelve months, with a clearly defined mandate and measurable goals. On-site across the DACH region or remote.
